Interchangeable working shafts

Interchangeable working shafts are available for:

TRILO vacuum trailers Multipurpose (models from the M-series)

TRILO vacuum mowers (C-series) are always equipped with a mowing shaft in the suction hood.

TRILO vacuum trailers (S-series) are always exclusively equipped with a brush shaft in the suction hood.

For these TRILO machines no interchangeable working shafts are available.

So in the brush hood of TRILO vacuum trailers multipurpose, you can fit the interchangeable work shafts. By changing the working shafts, one can make these vacuum trailers suitable for:

sweeping and collecting,
verticutting and collecting or
mowing and collecting

The working shafts are available in various working widths. Below is an overview of the available working shafts.

Brush shafts with replaceable synthetic brushes

With a brush shaft you can collect leaves, grass clippings, thatch and even small-size debris. The material is swept up and collected at the same time. The brushes are replaceable. Available in working widths: 1.8-2.1-2.4 and 3 m.

Brush shafts with replaceable rubber plates

For collecting more difficult types of waste to be collected that can contain, for example, pieces of rope, packaging or marking tape, you can install a shaft with canvas rubber (black).strips. Available in working widths: 1.8-2.1 m.

Scarifier shaft

With a scarifier shaft, TRILO S-series vacuum sweepers can scarify and collect in one pass. Available in working widths: 1.8-2.1 m.

Scarifier shaft with knives with a tungsten tip

Scarifier shafts with knives with a tungsten edge. These knives are better hardened and last longer. Available in working widths: 1.8-2.1 m.

Shaft with twisted flail

With twisted flail shafts you can achieve a nice cutting result while moving. Available in working widths: 1.8-2.1 m

Shaft with back-to-back knives

Shaft with knives placed with their backs against each other. A working shaft with back-to-back knives requires less tractor power. Available in working widths: 1.8-2.1 m.

Shaft with heavy duty flails

Shaft with heavy-duty flails. Suitable for high grass with vegetation on rougher terrains and verges. Available in working widths: 1.8-2.1 m.

Combi shaft

The combi shaft is a shaft equipped with back-to-back knives in combination with scarifier knives. You can mow and scarify at the same time. Available in working widths: 1.8-2.1 m.
