SU40 Truck Loader

With this compact TRILO machine, it is become possible to provide each vehicle in possession of a collecting carrier, with a powerful and soundly suction system. Such a vehicle can be equipped with this vacuum unit temporary or permanent. The unit can also be delivered as a trailer with a high speed axle.

The latter can easily be placed behind a vehicle, like shown on the picture beneath. This picture is taken in Hyde Park (London), where for several years now, people are very satisfied with the performances of the SU40: very flexible and compact.

POWERFUL
The powerful TRILO SU40 has been designed to handle large volumes of material fast. Capable of handling leaves, litter, grass cuttings and wood chips it is available as a trailed unit which can be attached, taken to site and operated by just one man.

RELIABLE
Using the jockey wheel the TRILO SU40 is easily positioned onto the vehicles towing hitch, unlike other truck loaders no lifting is required. The reinforced balanced fan and double walled fan housing provide a wear resistant, reliable and above all safe source of suction power. The fan is driven via a v-belt by a petrol engine the Honda GXV 340 - 11 Hp also chosen for its reliability. The rotating exhaust tunnel can be used to direct the material where required even when operating in tight corners.

FLEXIBLE
The machine is fitted with a 5 meter ø200 mm wander hose complete with hose support to avoid premature hose wear and an ergonomically designed handle to make life easier for the operator.
The fan has been aligned at 90 degrees to the vehicle tailgate this ensures that when the operator is working there is no kink in the pipe which could otherwise lead to blockages.
When not in use the hose stows away neatly on the machine rather than taking up valuable vehicle space.

ADAPTABLE
In its trailed format the TRILO SU40 can be left free standing allowing the one unit to be used by several vehicles (as one goes away to empty the other is loading) it can also be used to load skips.

Not only is the TRILO SU40 available as a towed unit but also as a tractor mounted unit with 3 point linkage fittings and either PTO or hydraulics being used as the power source.
