SG1500 Clean Sweep

SPEEDY CONVEYANCE
Equipped with a spring-loaded high speed tandem axle this machine is ideal for clearing motorways and country roads because it makes a speedy conveyance possible - up to 80 km/h - keeping downtime to minimum. Combined with for example an Unimog-type of vehicle you are capable of tackling the most challenging jobs with ease.

And the combination with the enormous loading capacity from 15 m3 up to 18 m3 means saving of extra time because unloading is asked less frequently. The unloading of the TRILO SG1500 happens with the hydraulic powered rear panel.

POWERFUL
The heart of the TRILO SG1500 is formed by a high capacity fan giving it a high work rate enabling you to collect large amounts of clippings, fallen and litter. The reinforced, balanced fan wheel and the double walled casing provide a wear resistant, reliable and above all safe source of suction power.

MANOEUVRABLE
An easily manoeuvred, large diameter suction hose controlled from the driver's cab empties bins and removes leaves and rubbish from around trees, hedges and ditches. Even at the most demanding jobs the suction hose will show excellent performance. In fact, if tremendous amounts of rubbish are involved, it really shows what it can do.

A special option is a self propelled suction system using a silent pack engine. This way the tractor power can be used to propel a roadside flail mower, where the TRILO is used to take away the clippings.

HIGH LOADING CAPACITY
Because of the powerful air flow the complete 15 cubic metres of loading space can be filled tightly during operation. So huge amounts of material can be compacted in its container and, instead of tipping material away, the moving floor neatly unloads with a simple flick of a lever.

The TRILO SG1500 lends itself admirably to the purpose of cleaning leaves and litter from verges of roads. The application of a hood with a brush-axle makes with the combination of a remote controlled (2-axis joystick controlled) hose short work of removing the rubbish you want. The joystick can easily be used to reach places where it is difficult to get it with the present-day cleaning equipment.
