GRASS
The TRILO SG1100 can be delivered in various range of applications: either in combination with a scarifier especially for the turf market or in combination with a flail mower, highly skilled for road maintenance.

POWERFUL
The heart of the TRILO SG1100 is formed by a high capacity fan giving it a high work rate enabling you to collect large amounts of clippings, fallen leaves and litter. The reinforced, balanced fan wheel and the double walled casing provide a wear resistant, reliable and above all safe source of suction power.

MANOEUVRABLE
An easily manoeuvred, large diameter suction hose controlled from the driver's cab empties bins and removes leaves and rubbish from around trees, hedges and ditches. Even at the most demanding jobs the suction hose will show excellent performance. In fact, if tremendous amounts of rubbish are involved, it really shows what it can do.

GRASS
The loading capacity of the 11 cubic metres container is enormous. When you are taking care of an area the size of a turf field it has to be. Supported by wide tyres and the fully floating suction hood it enables you to maintain large open areas efficiently, without damaging the field.

FLEXIBLE SCARIFIER
One of the problems facing quality turf production is thatch. It builds into a solid layer preventing fresh growth. The TRILO SG1100's 2 metres wide flexible scarifier unit breaks up this cake and enables it to be collected. The fully floating brush head with variable depth setting, which is perfectly capable of working in the dampest conditions, prevents further build up

SUCTION HOSE
The specially for TRILO designed suction hose is
extremely wear resistant, made of anti-microbe material and won't collapse in high vacuum conditions. Instead of dragging the hose by hand it is easily controlled by a electro-hydraulic working arm. The 2-axis joystick enables you to control the suction hose from the driver's cab. This is an extremely fast way of collecting piles of litter and leaves, whether deposited in gullies or in rows on the road. An often used working method is having a crew working in front of the machine, sweeping and blowing the material on rows, where the hose can collect large quantities in no time.
