This machine is especially designed for cleaning activities on and along the road.  The experience of not being able to reach the place which needs to be cleaned give customers often the feel that equipment specific to their needs are not available yet.

And if solutions are given, than there are frequently problems with the size and flexibility of the present-day cleaning equipment. And especially when you need a vehicle which has to been relative small due to working areas such as pavements and cycle-paths. But with the front vacuum unit of TRILO that is a thing of the past.



The TRILO SF 200: the combination of a Holder and a Trilo vacuum unit gives you a exellent tool for flexible cleaning jobs

We developed a unit which is capable of mowing and removing clippings, leaves and small litter at the same time. All of this is kept in the loading space on the back of the vehicle with a capacity of about 1500 litres The benefits of this, is having a solution for mowing and cleaning borders and small fields at the same time.
In this example the unit is placed on a Holder, a multipurpose vehicle, with a hydraulic driven fan and a PTO driven flail mower. As said the combination with the applied flail mower gives you the possibility of mowing small borders at the side of the road due to the fully adjustable hood which is movable 30 cm at right angles to the driving direction (side-shift). In this way you can reach further than is possible with a fixed hood on conventional machines.

EXHAUST
On top the container is covered with a filter net and a dust cap which take care of cleaning the out coming air. After passing the coarse perforated plate on the top of the vehicle, the air is guided to the double walled rear panel. At the rear of the container the filtered air is released in the direction of the ground. By way of this construction the forming of dust is reduced to a minimum and you can fully enjoy the benefits of the TRILO SF 200.
