Principle

HOW DOES IT WORK?
That a TRILO vacuum sweeper is doing its job well is known, but a lot of our customers don't really understand how the application of a fan can give such great cleaning results.

To understand the working of the machine you need to know that the present fan doesn't have the ability of just sucking up the litter and leaves finding on his way, but is caring for an air flow which will work as a transportation medium. By means of the circulating air in front of the wander hose and the suction head, litter and leaves will be picked up and transported to the loading space on the back of the machine.

The way which is followed by the sucked up litter and leaves is, unlike to the working of a custom vacuum cleaner, directly through the fan. This gives you the benefit of crushing and cutting up the sucked up litter into small particles before it is packed into the loading space. This will require fewer space compared to the situation where the litter is just sucked up and goes directly to the loading space.

As said, the custom vacuum cleaners, create a vacuum in the loading space in such a way that the attached hose gives you the ability of sucking up rubbish in front. This rubbish goes directly in the loading space of the machine. At TRILO, we implicate the fan in the transportation route which will give the benefit of loading more of the same material.

So the way of transportation happens in the following way:

- Sucking up litter, leaves and branches by either using the present wander hose at the side or the suction head under the machine.
- Passing the fan of the machine where the litter is cut up into small particles.
- After this, the cut up litter moves to the loading space where it is kept until unloading takes place.
- Blowing out of the air trough a filtering net on the top of the machine which takes care of removing small particles from the out coming air. This partially prevents, in combination with the double walled rear panel, forming of dust clouds when working in dry areas. The double walled rear panel leads the out blowen air from the top of the machine directly to the ground so that present dust will quickly be laid.

The whole machine is usually PTO driven by means of a tractor or an other vehicles possessing a PTO shaft, like an UNIMOG vehicle, especially interesting when you need fast transportation between two working places. Other driving possibilities are: hydraulic or with a stationary motor placed on the machine.
