Flail & Brushes

FLOATING SUCTION HEAD
Because there is a big difference between cleaning activities on the road and those from the field we developed an overall version of the floating suction head which can be deployed on all the vacuum cleaning jobs you can imagine. The working width of the hood can vary from 1.50m for the smallest version up to 3.00m for the largest one, giving you the possibility of adding exchangeable multi purpose features.

LINEAR ROLLER BRUSH
This one is mainly used for the special skills needed at jobs under muddy and wet circumstances. So it is suitable for better picking up of (wet) grass, debris and leaves.

Without the use of a brush, it will be very hard to collect wet grass and leaves because it will stick to the surface and the cleaning won't give you the expected final result. The brush head can be equipped with a feeder which enables large amounts of leaves and litter to be processed. A special rubber brush is obtainable for cleaning jobs at festival areas, where you have to handle with large and tough debris as paper, cardboard, cans, glass bottles and large pieces of plastic. The problem with the application of the standard brushes was the wrapping up of large pieces of plastics around the axle in such a way that everything got stuck inside the suction head and frequently had to stop work for cleaning of the hood.

RING ROLLER BRUSH
The suction head with a full brush is suitable for cleaning paved surfaces such as public roads. Due to the density of the brush, it is capable of cleaning the finest sand and litter from the ground. This will give you a better cleaning result with the use of the present vacuum sweeper than before.

FLAIL MOWER
With the use of a flail mowing axle, you can enjoy the benefits of having a solution of mowing and cleaning in one pass. The flail mower is mounted directly into the hood of your vacuum sweeper and can be exchanged with a brush when needed. There are two versions obtainable: a light version for normal use in the field and a heavy one capable of the toughest work at dense overgrown verges. In consequence of this, you can fully adjust the specification of the hood depending on your specific cleaning job and you always will be able to fix the job in the best way there is.
