Dust Suppression

DUST SUPPRESSION
Working with a vacuum sweeper will often give you the annoying perception that working with al lot of fan power gives formation of dust. This can be not in favour when you are working in areas such as estates and residential quarters. Therefore we are offering a range of special features which can be added on almost every machine present in the range of vacuum sweepers.

The first solution is given by the application of either a coarse or a fine net on the top of the machine, which takes care of the filtering of the blown out air.

The double walled rear panel takes care of the outlet of the out coming air

A top net with a fine mesh can be used for fine and dry materials, unlike the net with a coarse mesh which can be used for wet and/or larger materials. But when working with very fine materials this will be not enough and you will be forced to use a dust cab mounted at the top of the machine. This feature will take care of the conveyance of the blown out air from the top of the machine through the double walled rear panel directly to the ground where the air is released. All of this happens after passing a coarse perforated plate on the top of the machine which filters the air from larger particles .

The second solution contains the application of an adjustable water injection into the fan. By spraying water directly into the fan dust and other small particles will pack together and won't give you the huge dust clouds from the past. This system is fully adjustable so you can directly act depending on the degree of dust which forms.
