Low pressure undercarriages
As a groundsman or turf cultivator, your primary concern will be the highest possible quality of grass maintenance. But as soon as this is paired with too high a load on your grass surface due to an excessive surface pressure from the tyres, this will not help you to preserve a high quality grass surface right through to the end of the season.
In order to resolve this problem, TRILO has designed a special four-wheeled undercarriage.
This design provides for a significant reduction in the surface pressure, and reduces the ruts and grooves that are caused by driving across the ground. As an alternative, dual air axle or tandem axle undercarriages can be mounted under your Trilo vacuum sweeper to help reduce the wheel pressure to a minimum.
In this way, you can make uninterrupted use of Trilo maintenance capabilities without having to take into account the potential negative circumstances such as excessively high wheel pressure and damage to the ground.
Quick transport undercarriages
If you need to move quickly between different workplaces, we can offer you the possibility of fitting your vacuum sweeper with a quick transport undercarriage, which makes the whole machine suitable for quick transportation. This is made possible by adding a hydraulic braking mechanism or air braking mechanism, which can be coupled to the existing braking mechanism of the towing vehicle. In special cases, this will empower you to achieve a transportation speed of maximum 80 km/h, when combined with a UNIMOG vehicle for example. A parking brake can be installed onto all undercarriages, especially useful when working in sloping environments where the vacuum sweeper needs to be uncoupled from the vehicle.
