The despatch department takes care of all incoming and outgoing goods and manages the internal warehouses. This department can assist you with questions in relation to the delivery times of spare parts and the transport of spare parts and machines. Our aim is to send out spare parts orders on the same day, subject to timely ordering and stock levels. We work in collaboration with a number of selected transport companies which we use, depending on the size, desired speed of delivery and transport costs, for the transport of spare parts and machines.
Ordering spare parts
To order spare parts you can consult our in-house sales department. If needed, they can also help you to locate the correct parts numbers.
We prefer to receive orders by fax or by e-mail as this prevents errors and subsequent misunderstanding. An order form is available that can be downloaded from the bottom of this page.
Returns
Should you wish to return spare parts to us, you can do this by returning them to us, accompanied by the approved returns form. Only then will we be able to deal with returned goods and be able to credit goods.
