Dry to very dry conditions may mean that working with a Trilo vacuum sweeper involves the emission of dust. This is not a problem per se, but in closely built areas such as residential areas and stockyards this effect may be unwanted. We are therefore able to provide a number of special accessories that can be added to Trilo machines.
A solution to this problem is offered in the form of a finely-meshed filter net high up on the vacuum sweeper. This takes care of filtering coarse particles from outward blown air.
In the event that you are working with very fine material, the use of a fine-meshed filternet may not always be enough. In that case, the solution is to use a dust cap. By using this dust cap, the outward blown air from the upper side of the vacuum sweeper is directed towards the ground via the dual-walled tailboard, where air is blown outwards. Before the air leaves the vacuum sweeper it passes through a coarsely perforated plate where the air is stripped of coarse particles.
